Everton want £25M for Arteta
tribalfooball.com - December 24, 2007

Everton boss Dave Moyes won't allow Mikel Arteta to leave Goodison Park on the cheap.
Valencia and Atletico Madrid are chasing the Spaniard, but the Daily Star Sunday says Moyes won't consider selling for anything less than £25 million.

its a word, and a good one at that.

usage, as in, "the country has devolved since new labour has been in power and would continue to devolve if anyone voted tory."

or

"Jade Goody is an example of the theory of devolution."

This is all getting a little too high brow for me.
Is this all some sort of man code that women don't understand?

Soooooo, what is wrong with Arteta?

Real Madrid plan bid for Everton's Arteta
tribalfooball.com - December 26, 2007

Real Madrid are planning a bid for Everton midfielder Mikel Arteta.
El Mundo Deportivo says Real have already made contact with Arteta's representatives making him aware that they will make an offer for him at the end of this season.

Trible football is the anti-christ.............
Sportingo is its close neighbour.

I saw something on Google linking Arteta to someone and by doing a search on Arteta and Arsenal, you can see that they have linked him to Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool in past flights of fantasy, twice with the same headline.

No worse than journalists making up stories, I suppose, but I do object to fan-boys' wet dreams being listed as part of Google News, especially as the site is just there to use those fantasies as bait for Adsense earnings and betting ads.

Cant belive their is so much of this shiite

If Boxing Day rumour, gossip and news are to be believed, Everton's Mikel Arteta is heading for the Emirates while Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City are vying with Tottenham for David Villa. Real Madrid, Barcelona and Rangers also figure in this new bulletin.
'Do Arsenal need to spend that much on a midfielder considering the embarrassment of riches they have already' If Everton boss David Moyes was hoping that by sticking a £25m price tag on influential midfielder Mikel Arteta he would bring to an end the constant stream of speculation over the Spanish player, well, he was wrong. It appears that Real Madrid are planning a bid for Arteta (El Mundo Deportivo) with Bernd Schuster’s side already talking to the player's representatives with a view to a move to the Bernabeu in the summer.

Now it appears that Arsene Wenger may break the Arsenal transfer record in order to snap the assist-machine. It is rare for the Frenchman to put so much cash on the head of just one player, preferring to unearth talent at a younger age and for far less money.

But apparently the Gunners' boss is a huge fan of the 25-year-old former Rangers star. Will the move go ahead? Stranger things have happened, but do Arsenal need to spend that much on a midfielder considering the embarrassment of riches they have already? Probably not, but I will be shocked if Arteta wouldn’t have his head turned by a potential move to the giant that is Real Madrid, even if he was a former Barcelona prodigy.

I have just seen that as well, what the hell they are trying to do there, we won't sell Arteta end of the story!

Make contact with Arteta's representative they would make a bid in the summer, what the Fxxk? you don't bloody contact his representative you contact us the club first you don't have bloody right to contact the player or his representative before we say you could!

If that is true Arteta should fire his representative, he should not have even make contact with that club without us saying so!

They got nothing better to do, most of them support the other big team and as soon as team like us who finally find the right player and put a good team together to win something, they would try to buy them off us to stop our moving forward!

But sorry we no longer a selling club, we are going to start doing well in all front to earn more prize money and start building a stronger team and start going for title and winning cup competition!
