Arshavin and Hleb

Player Valuation: £950k
On the same day that Barcelona announce that they are in talks to sign Alexander Helb, Arsenal are linked with a 10 million move for Arshavin. As much as I would love him to come to us, it looks like the bigger teams are now starting to make their interest known. (n)

I haven't! I'm always positive, even when we had Barlow ploughing the fields. The way I see it - it has been [Poor language removed] [Poor language removed] during the 90's and the beginning of the 00's, but now its great, quality, exciting times, no reason to not feel positive.

Ghost belive me mate, i could'nt agree more. I got to see the 80's team (luckly) an sinse then its been 20 years of utter [Poor language removed]. All the years of near relegation. To see were we are noe is fantastic. Especilly for the lads who are 25 an under, they'v never seen us this good before.

But theirs no point of me posting what i dont belive. No point lieing about how i feel. I dont want you to think im being down. Because as na evertonian it the dest days for a long time. We had a great season an i think we'll have another one next year.

I just dont think were their yet when we can compete with the top 3 an a few other teams regarding money.

But on the other hand, we do have the best manager in the business. An that makes me happy...:)
 
Wenger was in the stands watching the Russian, Sweaden game so it could be true.

I agree, its exciting times. I love the way we're now being thrown inwith £20mill rated players with Man Utd and Arsenal.

But the thing with is Arshavin...we've been eyeballing the coont since we played Zenit months ago (allegedly anyway) and then he has one good international game in teh Euro's and everyones after him.

We always were. We never get them though, its almost a tactic of Moyes.
I don't think Moyes is going for ANYONE we've been publicly linked with.
The first we'll know of Moyes bringing a player in, is when a "Breaking News" yellow page is posted on the official site. And I bet it's "none of the above".

Causing everyone to go "eh?" and barage forums with Youtube video's of them.(y)

But about not getting the players - this is what I'm saying about Arshavin. Im sure we he' be signing if we appraoched him 2 months ago after the Uefa final.

I read in the Express today a little article with that presenter on ITV for the Euro's (cant remember his name) says Moyes is FULL of gossip about transfers etc - says Modric might be a bargin for Spurs.

Notice how Arsenal, Newcastle and Man City were mentioned this morning but not us? (Taps nose)
