Arsenal for the league?

No, I'd take his 2nd title winning side or the invincible's over any of his other sides, but, every time the Viera's, Henry's, Bergkamp's and Fabregas' of this world leave a new boss player emerges like RVP or Nasri.

The fact he's kept them at the top without spending anything and while running a tight ship and building&paying for a world class stadium forgives the fact they haven't won anything for a few years in my eyes.

Still I think he's bought very, very well this year and they could go close. Only a better full-back needed IMO.
Good point like

Arshavin has bar a few games been a flop. Walcott doesnt live up to billing. He wont address the keeper issue. There is no natural leader that commands the back four. And he hasnt replaced Nasri, and wont replace RVP (not cheaply anyway).
The quality they have is a little thinly spread, and as has been proved before they are an injury or two away from distress. Much like we are.,

Arshavin has turned out poor there's no denying that. I don't think Walcott ever had a chance of living up to his billing as the next Henry, one of the greatest players of his era, but can still win a game on his own.

I think the keeper won them a lot of games last year and I'd take him over all bar a few in this league and I agree with the lack of leadership at the back.

RVP will be a big loss if he goes, if he doesn't he will do what all players in the last year of a deal do, stay fit and play out of his skin.

what strength in depth have united got? have you seen their midfield?!?

Arsenal are as good a bet as any to challenge City.

Arsenal to win the league?

Uh no. Doesn't have the depth of Utd, City, and Chelsea. If/when RVP gets injured and/or sold they are going to have trouble staying above Spurs.
