Paperwork was all done and went by Everton, media done .. pictures in Everton shirt holding scarf done. Everton sent all paperwork, agent had one bit of paper to send to register player on his side .. didn't send it.. ran off with player to London after the club had agreed with player to train this morning as agent said he would send the paperwork off

Then the recruitment people are naive.

Or can we find a solicitor to sue him and his agent if a contract is signed?

People seem to be angry because we've done media stuff before the player signs the contract as if thats delayed the player signing.

Often what happens is a deal isnt finalised but the player will still be involved in all the other bits whilst agents/chairman etc iron oot the finer details.

No player as good as Danjuma is going to rush to sign a contract with a managerless club sat in 19th in a relegation battle with a fanbase up in arms.

But if you or others want to fume hard at the club for a player pulling a sissoko then fair dos nothing will convince you otherwise I suppose.

Only seems to happen with us though. Same with any signing it takes an absolute age to get it done. Clearly we are doing something different to other clubs.

Medical / Contract / Media stuff all done and sorted at Everton but he never ended up signing the registration form and he didn't turn up for training this morning now he's in London about to sign for them.
