Have driven down the 'Extraterrestrial Highway' and stayed in the little town of Rachel nearby - They have moved the 'Keep Out' perimeter to such a wide area that it's not even possible to take long distance photographs from miles away - And they have armed guards patrolling to perimeter, and I reckon they're not afraid to use thm.

They have ground sensors installed to know that someone has entered the gorunds and is within a certain mile radius, crazy place whatever is there they are not willing to share it easially. Couldnt agree more about the armed guards, if you ignore the first stop or you will be shot I think you will end up being shot.

What you want to do is get a dirt bike or something equally as fast and go on a joy ride over the border of it and see how long you can last before they get you.

Like a proper real life GTa, the odd solider will turn into tanks and planes chasing you if you get 5 stars.

I dont think your lasting long before your rammed off the road or tyres shot out. Got to admit it would be pretty epic.

Well reinforce them beforehand, dont just knock someone off theirs and do it, again GTA esque.

i hope that becomes a new internet challenge, how close can you get to Area 51 without dying. Imagine the scenes of alien suits running at them!

I wouldnt put it past them just wiping a couple of hundred people out if they charged it with some sort of machine gun. If I was one of these people who were told I had days to live yet still had good enough health to move around , I'd definately try to breach it.

Fascinating place, whatever is there! I think theres a video on youtube aswell of someone just hiring a car and driving as fast as they can at it but they don't get far before being surrounded by police and then they surrender themselves before probably a good few hours of interrogation questions.
