stop it please mate, not everyone who wants Martinez out wants hoofball that's your extreme negative to cover the current negative. most of the forum know this also. you are talking crap lad, you have started enough polls so here is a idea for a new one.

1 do you want to keep martinez
2 do you want hoofball manager
3 are Everton capable of attracting a manager who doesn't play hoofball, other than Martinez.

I'll start the poll off :

1. No I don't want to keep Martinez .

2. No I want a manager that has the ability to play a mixture of footballing styles when need be.

3. Yes we are - Look at Southampton for instance .

And I do class myself as a proper Evertonian. Many many years of going to the match gives me the right to say that Martinez is so far out of his depth that he is drowning.

Mods, surely a thread lock on a dire misrepresentation of the managers words? Or at the very least a change of thread title?

What are you so afraid of happening if Martinez goes mate and more to the point what do you think we will achieve if he stays. Anything negative about Martinez and you're asking mods to close threads.

Agree. Selectively cut and pasted to try and antagonise and distort what he said to an agenda. That the minority are looking for.

I disagree, it was the end of the article, a poor choice of words by Martinez and fair game for quoting.
