It's quite possible that pay inequalities do exist, but nowhere does it explore why, in what circumstances does it occur, what can be done about it etc. All of which casts doubts for me on the validity of it all. After all, if you're serious about rectifying the situation rather than just getting press coverage you'd explore all of those things would you not?

An interesting notion - you can't point something out unless you have a solution for it. I would imagine that provoking some debate would be a start. Or we could just dismiss it as PC troublemaking, I suppose.

Not troublemaking, just not helpful to the debate. Rather than attempting to start a debate into how we can build organisations fit for all human beings, it inevitably descends into tribal bashings between men and women.

I reckon men should be allowed to have babies, fetus in a box and all that gumph. Also, recognition of BAS (similar to PMS) BAS is Ball Ache Syndrome, it is basically a stretch of 2 to 3 days where any man can be a complete Knob head and not be called on it. I am though the exception, my BAS has lasted a solid 22 years so far.
