It's because they're bitchy, gossipy and disruptive back stabbers....
But what about the women ?
It's quite possible that pay inequalities do exist, but nowhere does it explore why, in what circumstances does it occur, what can be done about it etc. All of which casts doubts for me on the validity of it all. After all, if you're serious about rectifying the situation rather than just getting press coverage you'd explore all of those things would you not?
An interesting notion - you can't point something out unless you have a solution for it. I would imagine that provoking some debate would be a start. Or we could just dismiss it as PC troublemaking, I suppose.
