Are we in a relegation battle right now?

Are we relegationally challenged?

  • No, too early in season, over 38 games there will be at least 3 crapper teams

I don’t see why people are blaming Moshiri. Koeman did this to us.. smh. We’re getting a new stadium and I wouldn’t invest money in Allardyce either. The season has been lost since Koeman destroyed it. It’s pretty obvious we’re lined up for a overhaul and a new manager this summer. Get rid of moshiri then what??? Have no money for transfers and no future. Some of these comments makes me sick. Hope Moshiri doesn’t read them

I think it depends on the next two games. If we somehow manage 4 points against Leicester and arsenal then I’d say we’re almost there.

The big problem is the belief in this side tonight and the opposition, more I think about it Leicester can afford to take a point here, come to goodison defensively sound and play on the break with Vardy and Gray. We will see how good sam is tonight, no chance Leicester are going to chase us firstly so let’s see, he has to send this side out attack minded and start fast, something we have failed to do all season.

If we lose the next two games momentum is with us going the wrong way, and I can't see anyone in our squad with a set of bollocks that can fight to turn it around
But we've got loads of captains mate. Rooney, Jagielka, Williams. Inspirational captains.

Tonight is huge as we wont turn up at Arsenal, no matter how bad they are playing. We have no bottle when we are sitting in 9th let alone if we have to fight it out in amongst it in 12th -15th.

Yeah I agree, the only saving grace is we have points in up the bag (not many like), and they have to play catch up and they will take points of the others below.

I reckon we'll probably end up around on 43 points at the end, which is a disgrace.

Can't believe i'm saying this but I'd bite your hand off for that right now! An absolute disgrace!

I think once we get humiliated tonight and the window SLAMS SHUT without us getting in the players we need, only then will it hit home to our fans that we're right in the middle of an extremely difficult relegation bottle.

The problem with us as I see it is that we're probably the only club, with the exception of perhaps Newcastle and Southampton, were it feels like there is something truly rotten at the core of the club. I think West Ham could be added to that but Moyes has steadied the ship somewhat and has so many injuries that he is afforded more patience. Goodison is such an easy to place to come at the moment, because if we're not 1-0 up inside 10mins the fans are already bracing themselves for what will probably be a long hard slog were they will witness very little goal mouth action. It's a huge problem because that kind of attitude clearly affects the players and they are already cowardly enough as it is. I'm not blaming the fans by the way, anyone who goes to Goodison and especially away from home to watch this shower this season deserves a medal.

The levels of toxicity around the club isn't found elsewhere as most clubs probably expected to find themselves in these positions before a ball was even kicked whereas we were hoping for a real top 6 challenge so the fact we're in a relegation scrap is a very difficult reality fans have to face up to. The fact that the majority of us hate the players and the coaching staff makes for a very uneasy feeling towards the club as well.

3 wins and 2 draws will virtually guarantee us safety; by hook or by crook, we have to do it.

Since you mention them, I don't really see how their situation can be deemed much different to ours. If Moyes has steadied the ship there, then surely Allardyce did the same with us?

We have been one of the worst injury hit teams this season too. I haven't looked but which of their players have been more significant losses than ours?

I walked out of the ground after WBA and immediately said to my dad and mates "we're getting relegated. We have zero fight, the teams at the bottom do." They told me to stop being ridiculous ignoring my "we're 7 points off it"

We're now 5 points off the drop. We're going down. I honestly can't see where a win is coming from?
