Are we in a relegation battle right now?

Are we relegationally challenged?

  • No, too early in season, over 38 games there will be at least 3 crapper teams

If the results of our next four games go against us, we could be right in there up to our necks in it. We have the frontman we wanted, now it's time for Big Sam to show the same urgency in pursuing a Left-Back to help strengthen the defence. The rest of the season is going to be bumpy ride.

Whether we are in a relegation fight or not, the football has been as dire as anything I’ve witnessed as an Everton fan in my lifetime. My late father used to say to me, it’s not about missing chances, that you should get worried about, it’s when you don’t create chances. To go through games without any shots on target or minimal shots on target what we’ve seen this season has been criminal and a real cause of concern for the future.

I’ve been saying it for ages. Shooting and shots equals goals. Goals are likely to happen if you shoot at it. If you never shoot at the goal, you will never score.

At this level, the manager and players should be able to address this in one training session.

Create half a yard and have a shot ffs.

The bookies have 11 teams ahead of us in the relegation betting so that sums it up for me, incredibly unlikely.

It is poor, do you not think that outside maybe the top 6 current league positions, the level is absolutely shocking?

It’s so bad, us included.

No characters mate.

It's crap because it's so short sighted and no planning takes place. The same failure specialists keep getting job after job and see 17th as success.

Appointing Allardyce shows we've joined the other 13 on the list of clubs who have given up.

That was my fear when Allardyce was appointed. It was nothing to do with him other than the obvious negatives, it was the statement it made.

Your exact point my friend. Well put.
