Are these ads normal?

Every fresh page ... a few seconds in while I'm reading, the ad at the bottom scrolls up and fills most of the page. Even more annoying while I'm typing. Been like this a while and its about the most obtrusive irritating advertising I cone across, other than Reach "local" news websites, which I no longer click on.

Is it just me, here with this?

Do those atrocities get you better revenue than the ones we simply have to scroll past?

As i type, I lost the entire screen again so im typing blind and cant check what I type ... not that I do that much anyway.

Yup same issue here, same phone and internet etc. Makes the page unreadable.

Being brutally honest, I visit the site less often now, because, as well as the general everton frustration, there's the irritating interruptions too.

I think we would all benefit from less irritation in our lives!
