I did some Volunteering back in the day . Bosnia . Thing is ; YES , Im currently dying , but 'Im going for the whole ; Me Tarzan ; Get Better , thing...

I WANT to do SOMETHING . However , Europe is now OUT of War-Zones . My Lang skills are European . Can I do something via E-Comm' , d'ya reckon ???

I just feel like putting something back .

Anyone any ideas ??? I thought maybe Haiti ,... French ...Didn't really fancy Africa though with the health thing .

Ideas / Suggestions please ???

I'm OLD an' out of the loop - STILL GAMED UP though ...

Recently been looking into Volunteering of sort some LCAB. I work the usual hours in a week, I guess I leave at 7 in the morning and get back about 7 at night, but with recent goings on in my life, just feel like doing something to help others, rather than wasting most my time leading Everton to glory on Football Manager

Hope you find something awesome to do, (I was shocked on that link from Bryan too, ha) whatever I hopefully find out will obviously be a bit more local, but looking forward to hearing what you get up to boss. Hope all is well by the way too
 
British Red Cross mate. You could volunteer through them. There's no way you'd currently get insurance to go out to Haiti or elsewhere but there's nothing stopping as you say helping with e-coms and stuff or logistics from the UK.

Plus there's actually LOADS of non-war zone volunteer work going on in Europe that still needs doing......... which you can do via the Red Cross.

Worked alongside the UN/UNICEF in Bosnia, have utmost admiration for the aid workers and convoy drivers who risked everything to get aid through to the enclaves especially Gorazde, Which was a fekn hell-hole.

A few mates of mine left the mob and went to work for them directly, I've lost touch with them but if you're really interested I believe that the nearest UNICEF group to Liverpool is based in Leeds try groups@unicef.org.uk for more info and get on their mailing lists, that's where you should find references to all the jobs/fundraising stuff/aid work
