Which ones? Must admit got some fond memories of Pulp which ahem, may 'fog the true musical talent of Pulp'. Reckon Jarvis was up there with songwriting talent tho.

What?!! Common People was one of the worst song's they put out (tho a commercial success!), check out I Spy (live on Jools Holland via youtube) or Babies (on TFI again no doubt on y-tube). Very under-rated band due to the likes of Blur and Oasis, likewise Cast and Space were class acts.

Must admit, went to see them see them last year & the new material wasn't the best, very fond memories tho. Went to see Ocean Colour Scene last year too (anyone remember them? :unsure:

) , really were on top of there game!!

That new song of theirs is awful.

Jarvis should stick to DJing after that line alone.

Just because you mention supermarkets doesn't make you in touch with 'the masses'.

They did some class songs like, but their time has passed in my opinion.

Jarvis cocker's solo stuff has shown that Pulp really were a joint effort when it came to songwriting. JC's a great pop personality but not so great at coming up with a catchy tune. Done a good job of producing Serafina Steer's new album though.
