Gordon is forcing the move for himself and at the same time he's weakening the clubs bargaining power considerably.

Even though Newcastle have the money they are still relatively conscious of FFP. I think Gordon ends up going for a fee in the 35-40M region. Maybe a few add-ons as well (final fee 45-50M max).
