Im sure it says in the Echo that were getting legal advice before we take any action with regards to the transfer?!.

I'm sure we'll keep our eye on him until January and see how he gets on, and im sure us Evertonians will be able to get a look at him when Club Brugge face Newcastle in the Europa League this season, there bound to be on tele those games?!.

We do need a midfielder like him in the squad incase were going to keep on using Felli further forward or if Felli or Gibbo pick up injuries/suspensions.

Everton agreed only late on the conditions set by Brugge for his loan deal and that must have wasted time to get the paperwork through.

The next statement from the club, on the eve of the game against Newcastle no doubt so the news is buried, will be that they tried their best and we go with what we have.

Was there any truth in the idea that we were gonna sign him on a permanent transfer but didn't have time to for a full transfer so we went for a loan with a view to buy offer instead?

Can see us definitely going in for him again in Jan. Cant see Moyes dropping interest, especially seeing as we wanted to buy the lad but didnt have enough time so went for a loan with a view to buy.

The only way he will agree to come to come to us in Jan 2013, is if we are in the top 5...otherwise, he won't...this is just my opinion, as I think he is pretty pissed off that the deal did not happen in the window just passed...he was in limbo for a week, then had to go back and face his teammates once the C Nuts that are Fcuking Incompetant Fcuking Arseholes or FIFA decided to make an example of us, and flex their fat, arrogant blowholes in our faces...anyway, I feel a bit better now...

Legal advice? Surely the only ones who can rule are the a court of arbitration? They take months, what's the point?
