Lad behind me at Goodison on Saturday said he had heard we were sending him back in January without him kicking a ball. Straight from Joe Royal apparently...to be fair though I have never heard such a whinging fanny in all my life.

Why would we send back a loan player in January.

At precisely the time teams look for loan deals.

Even if worst came to worst and he was only fit in say February, why would we send him back? It makes no sense.

Twitter and the like is the modern day equivalent of - " my dads mate was knows someone at the club, who said ......... ".

A couple of weeks ago, it was Gomes had snapped his hamstring, followed by - Mina was losing a foot, after wee Bernie stamped on it !!!!!!!

Seriously mate those are just little knocks, no worse than cramp. Salah was actually pronounced dead after the game against Real Madrid last year and has been playing all season.
