all our players are crap, including Anderson loaned off you. Howie is overated and Muller and Souza wouldn't get in pub teams. We are where we are in the league through blatant luck and it won't last forever. I wish we had never got that waste of space Anderson on loan from you.

Subject: What's Davey thinking of?

It's one thing doing a mate a favour but this takes it too far when we could be giving experience to our own players.

You'd expect a Brazilian to have decent ball control but he can trap a ball further than I can kick it, and does he even know how to run?

Got to agree he's a right waste of a shirt, lets get togwell back in the side, in fact Everton i think you bought the wrong De Silva!

From pre-season I thought he looked woeful too. A bit like that guy who Souness bought for Southampton on a tip, and he brought him off after 10 minutes because he clearly couldn't play footy.

there were alot of ifs in my post. It wasn't a straight call for the player, it was more a post to see what everyone thought.

No idea how he has performed for Barnsley other than they were reasonably high up the league and the manager seemed to think he was making a good contribution.

Ah well, sounds like he's [Poor language removed].

Nah Leon, I got it wrong I read that post and a couple of pages down there was a "plan" to start calling him [Poor language removed] so when we looked we'd think oh he was [Poor language removed] and thats the end of it. Apparantly they rate him really.

They even linked to your post about him saying we best all start saying he's [Poor language removed] when they come looking. Look's like their little plan worked

now that I've bothered to click on the link, seems like they want to convince us he's [Poor language removed] to keep him.

like we have a decision - the numpties.

must've posted at the same time.

Still not sure he's everton standard if moyes is so reluctant to play him (or even start him on the bench).

then you see neville coughing up possession and you think, what is the [Poor language removed] standard here?

Fernandes got criticised for running out of steam when he was here. Yet he was at the age of 21 three times the player that neville is - minus the intangible attributes of leadership and determination.

I think Moyes has an eye for a great defender, and he doesn't mess around with strikers - going for names.

But he's struggled in midfield. (arteta aside)

He's from Barnsley? Have you heard there accent? If its anything like Mick McCarthy's there is nothing dreamy about it.

That could well be the pain in the arse Barnsley site because they begged to have hi9m on loan for a further month, if he was as bad as they paint him then surely they'd have got shut. I remember years ago the Tranmere crowd getting on the back of a little midfielder because they claimed he was mistiming passes and cocking up attacks. I watched this player with interest and imo he was putting the ball into space beautifully, had great balance and read the game ten times faster than the players around him............it was Steve Copple. In the lower leagues they can get so used to looking at [Poor language removed] they can't see anything else.(y) (y)

i was born in barnsley ghost but lived in the midlands donkeys years and sadly lost my accent.
my relatives call me bloody foreigner now lol

In the Real Salt Lake preseason match, he didn't look out of place. Didn't set the world alight but he looked decent.

I think if moyes rated him then he'd be on a longer contract than a year and he wouldnt be on loan when we are having a midfield "crisis".
