Anyone getting this? It comes out next week. I placed my pre-order mainly for the nostalgia. It has 25 inbuilt games, but has a USB port so you can play any Amiga game downloaded off the Internet. Can't wait for a bit of Stunt Car Racer.

Emulators......

I get the nostalgia factor, but these "retro" consoles are really a bit crap.

Buy your replica Commodore controller from the interwebs and emulate every single Amiga game ever made from the computer you already have, and all for free.

I've never managed to get an Amiga emulator to work properly.. I've still got loads of games downloaded somewhere!

Sounds great, but not for me. I fully get the nostalgia thing, but that will soon wear off for me and the console would be left to gather dust.

I have a feeling that playing these games would destroy my memory of them.

Loved my Amiga 500+ and then my Amiga 1200 and before that my Commodore but I am going to stick with the memory of playing sensible soccer for hours, being addicted to a random pinball game that came with the package my parents got, taking Wycombe up to the Premier League on Premier Manager or even breaking multiple joysticks playing Daley Thompsons Decathlon
