Allardyce axed after Leicester

I don't like to flip flop so easily but my early optimism and belief that Sam had more to offer than what his reputation suggests are looking silly now. Seems so early but these performances aren't up to scratch. When are we going to ditch 4231 it doesn't work.

I hope he turns it around as it is soul destroying stuff currently.

I genuinely believe Leicester are going to smash us all over the park. There is no way whatsoever we'll be able to contend with the pace and trickery of Mahrez, and Vardy is quicker than our entire defence added together. Plus they have some decent defenders who should easily be able to snuff out our limited attacks. I think an embarrassment could be on the cards and hope the board are prepared for the fans' anger at the final whistle.

Hmm.

So, we keep sacking managers OR we actually sign some quality players, that aren't Man U rejects, that might actually be able to pass a ball and score goals?

Our issue is the players we buy. Koeman and Allardyce did better in previous premier league jobs. Why? Because they didn't have a 70 year old Wayne Rooney walking around midfield.

We need proper investment, not to keep sacking every single manager Swansea-style.
Is it Rooney's fault we lost this weekend?

You have one proper hate on for him. I swear he goosed your missus or sister.

Surely Sam has a clause in his contract that will result in a MASSIVE payout

But probably less than the 10 million or so that we were reported to be willing to pay Watford for Silva. No idea how it'll pan out but Allardyce is bad for football and bad for footballers.

I think we need to just strap in and accept Sam is here till the end of the season at least (as bad as the football is). There's no way sacking him is going to produce anymore than a feeling of instability and total shambles.

Oh no have I been in a coma and woke up in a bizzare post Leicester/none BFS word.

Or is this a stupid thread with a bad way of a title.

Sack Allardyce and get Silva in.

Panic again in April and bring in another “relegation specialist” in Pulis before the end of the season.

If you’re going shaft this club might as well be good at it.
Hell I will manage for the rest of the season if need be... My resume of experience includes coaching at a soccer camp for kids 5-12, coaching one season of high school soccer, and playing many, many hours of Fifa where I was able to bring in the transfers we needed.

I'll pass! But thanks anyway
