What is happening at Arsenal is pretty much the same as what is happening at Everton - you have a stubborn man in Hill-Wood who will not sell, despite proclaiming loud and proud that the club is up for sale.

As such, he and a few other board members are crippling the club and denying the second richest man in English football to take the club on and invest heavily.

Which is why I've never believed for a second Everton is for sale - we're not, we're Bill's plaything and he wants investment only.
