Good game played a few decent ones lately, if his crosses get better will be a decent player for us.

Tried today but lost possession a lot.

I found him really frustrating today, just wasn't reactive enough BUT

as soon as he went over to the left with Godfrey I thought he showed tremendous discipline and put a great shift in.

That's fair. The lad tried today and gets credit for that. His crossing on the right and some poor decisions were a bit of a mark on him but credit to his effort.

Good to see him really coming into form. He's always shown he has ability just he hardly ever channelled it correctly. Far more useful than Bernard or Walcott.

I thought he played well again today. I suppose the best thing you could say about him at the moment is I would not swap him for any other arsenal player.

Alex Iwobi must be overflowing with confidence after getting another decent performance under his belt. Nice to see things starting to come together for him... long may it continue.

A settled position and a run in the team has done him the world of good. Be interesting to see what Carlo does when James is available again (hopefully not a return to 3 at the back to fit them both in)

Edit: Perhaps resting DCL for a game and having Richarlison play up top is on the cards at some point this Christmas too.

Have to eat my words on him after recent displays. Making a space for himself in the team. Fair play.

He's doing a really solid job and seems to be a lot more sure of himself. He was always a bit of a nervous player before and it'd often lead to really baffling passes and running down blind alleys. He'll never be top class, but at the moment he's proving really useful in a number of positions and bailing us out of serious injury problems, so huge, huge credit to him.
