Alcohol … how’s your relationship with it ?

I've started planning my holidays around weed tbh, places where I can get it and not end up in a foreign prison. Much rather be high than drunk.

Thailand has legalised it so me and the missus are heading there rather than Bali in a month. Coming over to see my folks next year so I'm flying in and out of Amsterdam rather than Manchester. Blows my mind that it's still illegal in Australia/UK.
Can you just board a plane with weed in the dam?

Don't think so. I accidentally brought a couple of edibles back to the UK on the Eurostar last time I was over, but security on the train isn't as thorough as at an airport. I have heard that the Dutch police aren't bothered what people take out of the country but I wouldn't want to test that.

It's these hours, the winding down, the gentle embrace of the booze, the easy to sleep, the big pish in the morning, and then the looking forward to a treat of an evening the same again. Oh the cost of the calories.

Very bad lately but it's not the alcohol I love it's the going out and socializing and being amongst it

Far too much bevvies and other stuff come with that though , absolutely batters my head in the first couple of days after a weekend

I don't drink me. Gave up around 5 years ago. I was never addicted to it but personally I feel its a bad drug. I think the world would be a better place without it and I know I'm a better person without it than I would be with it.
How have you found it? Do you still go pub etc and just dont drink?
