Think Distin, very good on occasion but prone to the odd slip up. he did wear his heart on his sleeve though

I was hoping that we would sign him before he went to Celtic (and that left sided midfielder Bolton had, hell of a shot on him, whose name escapes me) , but it never happened. He was good enough for us at the time. Talking of centre halves from the SPL that we should have signed sooner - Richard Gough. Magnificent player.

Stubbsy was a walking penalty but he played with his heart and rarely let us down
