Sandwiched between the recently hosted 1985 Anniversary dinner and the End of Season Awards dinner on 4 May is another event of potential interest to Evertonians.
The event isn't an official Club event but nevertheless it's raising money for some excellent causes: The Everton Former Players Foundation and The Everton Collection.
Taking place 40 years after Alan helped Everton to the League championship, the Alan Ball Memorial Trophy will be played at the Echo Arena on 16 April, as part of the European Former Players Association Congress which comes to Liverpool that week.

I got a call a couple of days following the Funeral . Apparently Warren Bradley and the Club were jointly funding an imminent statue and they wanted the input of those whom had travelled to Winchester , as to which pose to use , etc .
I said I'd defo contribute .
Last I ever heard of it .
