I'm a bit worried about the wages to turnover and losses.

Over the next couple of seasons I expect our wage bill to stop inflating while hopefully our commercial revenue increases.

I think it ends the whole Europa League debate (about whether it is positive for Everton). Getting up to 6th/7th this season and then having a decent European run next season would really help. We need to start bumping that revenue up in every way possible (plus European away days are boss).

I would try and do this without bringing any further players in though, unless it is a loan or a permanent that is guaranteed to be a first team player in the years to come (unlike Tosun say).

Recruitment can't stop, but it has to become much smarter. It would be good if some of the squad positions could be filled by promising youth team products as well as more versatile squad players who could cover more than one position. More players like Holgate would help.

Did any of them mention that their club debt is just under 16 times ours? We are 10 million in debt they are 155 million in debt.
That doesn’t work with them as they see the £350m that Moshiri has loaned us since he come in as “club debt” too as they don’t believe he’s hanging around much longer and will be pulling the plug and calling the debt in.

With FFP, the league is basically redundant as a competition, the difference between us and the lowest of the big 6 in each area combined, totals more than our losses that we’ve just reported. So whilst we’re now limited in what we can spend, the top teams can continue to invest huge amounts to ensure they remain part of the top tier.

We have 2 many players on big wages who arnt playing for the club and is costing us a fortune, hopefully we can fix this over the next few windows.
Niassie and Cuco will be gone in the summer, that’s a big wedge saved.. hopefully we can get rid of Sandro(finally)which saves another big wedge.
Then you got Snides and Sigi who are on 125k each(around that) who we can only hope are moved on.

Walsh and Koeman really did us over, then we where dumb enough to appoint fat boy and give him 50 mil which messed us up even more.

When they won the league a few years ago their team was picked apart by the top teams and they were then unable to sustain their success.

They’re doing well this season, but we’re already seeing their better players being linked with moves to the elite. They’re not exactly in a position to compete at the top every season.

As and when we get there our team won’t be picked apart because we ARE one of the elite

To me, don't see the doom and gloom. Enjoy the ride. Best manager, great owners and backers. Win the league and then champions league and if it goes tits up and we get relegated to league one, then imagine the days out to Gillingham, Plymouth, Exeter, Carlisle, be an absolute scream
On the basis we win the league and champions league first of course

With our losses building up, the cost of new stadium, new manager and players wages, director fees perhaps say hello to Thomas Cook, this does not look sustainable, some thing has to give.

Have to say Sasha Ryazantsev is a shoe-in for any bad guy role where he plays the "weakly looking but entirely psychopathic guy who will gladly dig out your eyeball and eat it in fron of you just to prove that he is not to be messed with" person

Usmanov definitely found him in some Siberian militia stronghold.
