What the hell is going on? The shops seem awash with this latest "craze" . Shelves of stuff

I don't get it, are hordes of middle aged women seeking to regress to their youth. I assume its women who are buying these, if you're male and partake in this then you need to have a word with yourself

The missus bought a few, when I caught her in the act and enquired as to what she was doing, she said it was relaxing and calming. Perhaps laughing out loud was not the best response but throwing the book at my head does not demonstrate Zen like calm to me.

I can see that. I am a huge fan of drawing when I have time. It sort of distracts you from other thoughts at the moment. I might try one of the coloring books. That tiger looks badass.

My father in law had a stroke several months ago and since then hasn't been able to do some of things he used to love like Sudoku or crosswords. These books have been great for him as they are relaxing, creative and help his motor control skills.

My sister in law does them a lot as well because she finds them calming.

Not my thing but then a lot of people don't find football enjoyable - certainly can't claim Everton reduce my stress levels in any way shape or form ;)

My other half bought the Enchanted Forest one the other week actually. I can see the attraction; they're really well made.

Who doesn't like colouring in? Miserable sods, that's who, prefer drawing myself though.

Actually for improving your motor skills this makes sense, but as for calming or for just something to do , I can't see it . Perhaps, as I am myself a walking ocean of calm, it blinkers me to the need. Reading some of the nonsense on GOT keeps me real and grounded
