We've struggled to even get a forward pass off in some Anfield derbies. The laws of football just don't apply. You'd think it would be a match of two decently matched sides. Instead you'll see one looking like Bayern Nunich and one looking like Marine barely able to put a pass together.
Are Bayern Nunich any good? I fancy our chances against them ;)

Wonder why he hasn't featured since whenever it was? Thought he looked pretty good myself. Was unlucky against Boro and then was at fault for one of Bournemouth's goals. I suppose Valencia has been playing quite well from the bench, and DCL is a little more physical. Probably just tactical. Okay, answered my own question, goodnight everyone.xx

He'd never have started the games he had if Bolasie was fit and we had better than Lennon as back up. Lad is still extremely raw at this level but has shows he has real talent. Just needs to be left to develop natrually, people expect too much too soon.

I'd play him ahead of DCL mind.

He's doing his GCSE's and will only be available for the end of season lap of appreciation, providing he can find a responsible adult to accompany him.

TBF I think RK is giving DCL a chance in the team b/c injury robbed him earlier, and in reality both DCL and Lookman should each play equally as we build toward the future. And I think the last month has been a natural "let the kid (Lookman) get a break and watch for a while" - no need to overuse him at this stage in his development. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised to see Lookman either start or come off the bench tonight.

Hope he gets in the team over DCL. Don't rate him atm, hasn't really shown anything like Lookman has..

DCL is a striker and naturally helps Lukaku out more.

Lookman will get more game time towards the end of the season.

He's shown his quality and he's also shown his weaknesses.

They will now be working hard in training to work on those weaknesses.

What's the rush?

Totally agree. There's little really to play for this season so may as well give them a taste. Expecting a big summer in terms of quality incoming so both may struggle for game time outside of EL/LC games next season.

Little to play for....WBA win tonight and we lose the gap is only 3 points. We need European football next year to keep players like Lukaku and be able to attract top players.
