It says a lot about his ability and what he is obviously showing in training by how quickly he has been given an important role in the first team squad. From what I've seen so far, I've been really impressed by how direct he is and he looks to have a good eye for goal as well. How far off a start he is I guess depends on how he is fitness wise. It's great to have some exciting young talent making progress!

Called up for England in May, built up as the saviour of English football by Sep, written of by the press by Dec, becomes ace again and we won't be ever arsed.

I really hope he chooses to play for Nigeria, so he doesn't have to put up with the English media stalking and criticising his every move, heaping pressure on him at any given opportunity.

I did say I was sticking my neck out.

Just like we knew Niasse was our worst ever player after a 5 minute sub appearance, you can tell quickly if a player has it or not.
And who else has had "it"? Because I reckon you probably could have said similar about Delufeosewfoofoo, he's hardly made it to legend status

How far off a start he is depends more on how the current incumbents play imo. Many more games like last night and it won't be far away;)
