Looks like a certain ad or ad type is causing the site to not load for me.

Happened a couple of times so I just kept loading new pages to cause it to happen again.

Can't find any more info on the ad as it's my phone and the page freezes when it stalls and the browser won't function.
Will boot up the pc and see if I can get more info

Ok. As it was browser history thing I just quickly replicated my browsing from last night(looking for a cheap rc car for the boys) and I think I found the offending ad. Didn't cause my chrome extension phone emulator to crash but my phone is an Iphone 6 running safari.

header, arrows and button all match the offending ad so here's my suspect. still have the window open if you need more precise info.

Pop up ads?

Got a popup today (a pair of them actually), for a poker site. Was allowed to "close" or "skip and go to site," but when I closed it popped up a second ad. I would have taken a screen shot but was not thinking about this, but wondered if this was expected or maybe I'm just having a browser issue.

For the next week, we're trialing one 'interstitial' ad that loads on desktop only, once per user every 24 hours. The hope is if it works, this could potentially replace the permanent ones.

There's a discussion in the forum supporters forum which I use on occasion to get some opinion before going to the full forum.
