Trust Moyes lads, he signed some world class players even after leaving us...look at the value he got at Sunderland, Sociedad, West Ham...lads.

Wouldnt mind Soucek and Coufal me, Longstaff is another body.

Doucoure, Young and Keane extending is good...Harrison another loan makes sense. We wont have as much work to do, Thelwell left us in such a mess with so many first 11 stars out of contracr.

It also means we dont need to spend much money with the new stadium were going to have the whole world watching to see the uniqueness of it all -- we'll have a bigger squad lads and Moyes will have the players he wants. Hes always been good at finding cheap players.

We can save TFG a lot of money with Moyes and they'll give him a long term deal...just like Blue Bill did.
 
Can we just start someone in his place since he's gone in the summer? Start preparing for life without Doucs. And Doucs, if you're reading this, thanks for your service!

….erm, I think his contract is up at the end of the season :oops: He’s being selected because he’s helping us get over the line, which demonstrates the lack of genuine quality in the squad.

I’m not a fan of the lad but I really don’t get the dislike, it’s not as simple as saying we have better options at no10 & I totally understand why Dyche and now Moyes select him. If you lack quality in the top third, you have to be difficult to beat to hoover points.

I’m hoping this summer will see us bring in improvement across the squad that better helps us address the balance between attack and defence.

Why don’t we play the number 10 that won us the game in the last game of football we actually won?

Perhaps you could explain the good things he did today?

I'd have him at winning 1/4 of anything he attempted e.g:

Tackles / duels / passes / runs

Maybe 1 in any 4 of those he was successful.

Meanwhile the actual player who can make a difference was not only left on the bench but made an entrance to replace the very person who he should be linking up with.

Doucoure stayed on to the end.

How does any of this point to selecting on merit, ability or any metric of logic?

Not to mention Moyes praised Doucoure at the end.

He certainly didnt make Everton difficult to beat as they passed around him.
