A win's a win

It was a typical dogged Moyes performance, we need more of being resolute and getting the result.

Still, as davek said, there's a long way to go before I'll be happy with this season.

I'll give it 24 hours max before Kenwright crawls out of his bunker after this win to pour forth his [Poor language removed] about turning the corner, and his special relationship with Moyes, and how he's looking for a trillionaire 25/8, and how Bayern Munich couldn't have Baines for £50M, and that he's selling blood to American transfusion centres for money to give to Moyes.

I can smell it...it's a day away and the stench is overwhelming even from this distance.

I can see him now with his big grin. With me watching it and breaking yet another tv with a cup.

I'll need to be sedated this year. The annual Kenwright Yuletide shower of [Poor language removed] makes me feel queasy usually. If this feller tries to gegg in on this victory and ignore the position we're in I think I might be putting a suicide belt on and hurtling into his Shaftesbury Avenue bunker complex.

Dont say that Davek....Matt Damon's on fire tonight...He'll burn you.

The togetherness was back. If we keep that for the rest of the season, we have no worries at all.

Where was Heitinga? Pienaar? Everton is a team that definatley seems to wear their hearts on their sleeves. If there's a problem in camp, there's a problem on the pitch. I'm not trying to take anything away from their glory though, it was immense!

What goes round comes round as they say. Tonight was a balancing up of the games where we've had plenty of possession, played well and lost. We were lucky, but maybe the Balotelli chance is our Kevin Brock moment for this season (ask you dad's about that kids!)

The way this season has gone so far, with Moyes' and the team's performances in general, there's no (realistic) way I will ever be 'happy' with this season...

I'm tired of playing well and not winning. I'll take winning ugly for the rest of the year. 3 points is all that matters.
