bill i usually agree with you but we finished were we deserved, yes clatengerg was a [Poor language removed] but all he did was was take the focus of how [Poor language removed] we was in that derby!!!
please excuse any spelling mistakes im very drunk

Some might say we were lucky to finish 5th whereas I'd say we were unlucky not to finish higher.

How many calls (Carragher hauling down Lescott, AJ's goal disallowed, etc...) that we probably should have gotten and didn't made a difference on how many points we should have had?

A big "Well Done" to Everton FC and this year just confirmed for me why I love being an Everton supporter.

Nice post Gaz !! (y)
So Bill can I thank Everton in advance for buying Manny .:D

I will start this feel good thread off. Even now, there is still some doom and gloom merchants kicking round in here. we have consolidated our place as the Best of The Rest. We would have been higher but for inconsistency and bad refereeing. Normally we could say "we are lucky to be this high" but no. Moyes and the Boys have shown us the light. this time, we are unlucky not to be higher.

So Bollocks to the criers, the misery pedlars, and the RS. We are The Grand Old Team, we are The Toffeemen, and By [Poor language removed], we are back to what our History dictates we should be. For the memory of Labby, for the memory of Bally, for the memory of Dixie dean, for the memory of every lucky blessed sod who has ever played for and/or supported us, and for the memory of why we were chosen.

NICE ONE LADS, THE BOARD, THE MANAGEMENT, THE BACKROOM STAFF, THE PLAYERS, THE LADIES SQUAD, THE FANS, [Poor language removed] IT, EVEN THE BALL BOYS, I THANK YOU ALL FOR LIGHTING UP MY LIFE AND MAKING ME WISH NEXT SEASON STARTED TOMORROW

i would like to voice my opinion on the highlighted bit in the quote......

IMO the RS were the best of the rest, they're not on the same par as the top 3, and although this would remove the fictional title from us, i believe the RS should not be in the same category as the top 3...what d'ya think?

for the rest of it....

great day, sat in the lower gladwys in the sun, the rain, the thunder, the lightning, watching the blues put, considering what was riding on it, IMO their best performance of the season was beautiful, and topped of with a penalty in front of us in the gwladys...cannot wait to whip me passport out again in august....

we're on the march with moyeys army, we're all off to fenebahce!

Given the size of the squad (and it does need more players simple as that) i feel to that we missed out on 4th place..where the RS had strengh in depth we didnt and sadly it cost us..but isnt this nice to say that?

The boys done well, hell no they did great they broke the good/bad season syndrome we had going for awhile but for me lets bask for a day or two in what the lads have, becuase the real hard work of catching the RS starts very soon becuase we're not far from them now..not far at all.

well done to every body conected to the club. It's been a tariffic season, an we'v played some great stuff.

Mr Moyes you'v made me a happy blue once again. please stay for at least another 5years. we love you.
