I noticed the original thread was locked 5 years ago and couldn't find another so thought I'd start one up.

Anyone else watch this? I tend to watch a match Friday morning and usually catch a bit Saturday morning. Any Aussie Blues go to any of the games? I'm assuming it's nigh on impossible to get to away games due to distance?

Standard isn't great tbh but then there's our Timmy Cahill who can score goals like this -

A lot of teams are based in and around Sydney and Melbourne so there are some easy away days.

But then there's also the longest away day in domestic club football, Perth Glory vs Wellington Phoenix. A 3,276 mile flight to go that game.

Always watch this if on,and not in work, heck not to many footy leagues at that time of morning and something to watch,i watch any league, any age, just anything,if its footy its good enough for me.

same here mate, usually I'm off on a Friday and once the kids are in school I get home and a game tends to be on. Same as tomorrow morning, I'll get up and watch a bit of a match until I go to work

Ive never really settled on a side, although I tend to look at how the Mariners are doing, growing up there.

Last game I went to was when Kazu was playing for Sydney FC.

had to leave for work but managed to watch quite a bit if the Wellington v Melbourne City game, actually a decent game.

Standard of refereeing was absolutely woeful though, Malik for Melbourne should have been sent off for trying to chop a player in half and Doyle for Wellington just went in 2 footed and I don't think he even got a card for it.

Being from NZ, I support the Wellington Phoenix since they're the only kiwi team. Would love it if an Auckland team could join the A-league. Auckland City FC came 3rd in the 2014 Fifa Club World Cup. The crowds in NZ are rubbish though, if you stand up and sing people give you dirty looks. However hopefully that changes soon, a lot of the Australian crowds are getting into it heaps which is great to see.
