Lets face it, for as good as we know we could be we've never actaully reached that level.

Pienarr could stay here and keep trying to help turn us from a top 6 side into a top 4 side who win things and play in the Champions League.

Or he could go to one who already are.

Surely he must be weighing up his options right now though and he does have a tricky decision to make.
