Two years ago we played a promoted team and drew 2 all. Ross Barkley scored a cracker as well. We finished with our highest ever points tally and the opposition wore yellow.

It's on, champions league togger here we come.

Didnt we play away that day? The big R this way is acoming. (maybe)

last three seasons
Norwich 2-2 Everton
Leicester 2-2 Everton
Everton 2-2 Watford
?????

Keeping on topic; on a positive note, erm, erm, maybe Kone will improve with the confidence from his performance yesterday.
We thought that last year with McGeady.

He's a smart manager. He knows he can't buy world class talent in their peak. So he's using his scouts and buying them when they're very young.

Think as the week goes on we'll feel a bit better about it. It wasn't great by any stretch but it wasn't a team who are going to get relegated and there were glimpses of a team who can finish at the right end of the table.

Plus Rom proved he knows how to hold the ball up for Kone's goal. Barkley didn't look as scared to play, Stones and Jags look solid for the most part, Gerry D will add a different option to our game and the transfer window will end next month.
