Someone with a lot of money, e.g. Daniel Ek, Mark Cuban etc. Moshiri to forego £xxxm. That mega rich person could fulfill what Moshiri wants, outstanding loans (remember Metro and most of R&M is guaranteed against commercial, match day, TV and prize money income, obviously not finishing just outside of relegation helps repay that), and the extra £200m? to finish the stadium.

Or

Basically a nation state to take us over.
