Doesn't look like the club are contractually obliged to 777 It's been going on for almost 8 months with possible deadlines missed.

The only obligation I can see was 777 to meet April the 15th's deadline with MSP not the club.
Now that has come and gone with an extension .

If Chong is to be believed and there are/ were other "parties" then that surely suggests Moshiri & the club are not under obligation to 777. So if there is
dialogue with other parties that means there is no exclusivity period.

I'm of the opinion there is no one else.

I think it's pretty much common knowledge that there is at least one other interested party who've been sounding out the club via a few blues in the know, and local authorities/MPs etc for months and attending matches too.

What exactly have 777 done to help Berlin? Cut costs, asset stripped, invested money?? I don't know. Also over what time period has this turnaround been over?

Did 777 fund Berlin until they bought them? If the finances were that bad at Berlin, did 777 put their hand in their pocket and help out until the buying of the club was done.

We have a big millstone also with the stadium. How many more months till the thing has been built and is the funding for the place there? We have been told it is but we have been told a few things that haven't been quite true?

And if 777 are giving efc loans to keep the lights on, how does that help Moshi to get the funds out he needs? Right we give you£30m this month, and £30m comes off the asking price. But moshi wants £500m (or what ever it is) out of Everton. We are what£150m in to the tune of loans from 777?

Also help me out with this football pyramid or this cozy little family of football clubs that 777 own if they take us over

People are saying that we would get the best talent or we could send our kids to play at one of the other clubs. We would be the top club in the tree.

I take it this happening now with the clubs. I.e Vasco's top talent is coming over to the European clubs. The European clubs are lending each other players from the cozy football family??

Is this really happening now or is this some fantasy????

Horrible club .
And that stadium should be demolished .
Surprised it’s still there. Used to watch them at the Olympic Stadium - there was about 100 people in the entire stadium and they were what we’d call today ultras. Just weird.

They got promotion that year and after that more and more started going to watch them but the stadium was always half empty.

They're all ready heavily implicated in scandals but I'm assuming 777 has some more sketchy stuff brewing down the pipeline which explains why they have been very adamant about closing the deal as soon as possible I'm assuming to provide a buffer of legitimacy despite them not having the funds whatsoever

Could you share that common knowledge please as I for one, have no idea who you are talking about

I was told a name in confidence a few weeks ago, and I've heard quite a few well-placed blues mention the talks recently. As I said, even the club has mentioned it in their most recent meetings. Not sure if they've been named officially yet though.

In your opinion, would this person/ group be a better option than 777? Obviously it wouldn't take much for them to be, but is it someone we could all get behind?

So it's common knowledge to well placed Blues but skanks like me aren't allowed to know.

When you say a name, do you mean a person or an organisation/company etc? British?

Clearly you respect the confidence, which is to your credit. But I’d be flabbergasted if such names were known by numerous people outside the boardrooms and legal teams and somehow hadn’t smashed its way across social media within minutes. Everyone is desperate, and eventually such info would reach someone who wants the attention. Press or supporter.

My position will always be that anyone not using the opportunity to publicly state their intentions to buy the club for a market price (and thus be seen as the best alternative to 777) before administration, or before administration is just hours away, is no friend of Everton. They won’t be benevolent saviours. They will be like those people in the US that buy the rights to an abandoned storage container because someone has just died, just hoping their is some old crap in there they can sell, with no emotion.

The only single thing 777 can be credited with is that they can see the football is atrocious, the stewardship of the club is abysmal, there are no “experts” in the entire organisation, we still have more regulatory charges pending, they have no money to rebuild the squad, and even if they did, the new PSR would block them from spending it, the clubs reputation is in the gutter hence crawling back to gambling companies for money……and yet he STILL keeps turning up to matches and still wants to buy the club. Can try and cash in on the stadium as much as he likes, the actually football/commercial machine isn’t making anyone any money for a long long time. And yet bizarrely, they are stood their with their (admittedly empty) wallet on the table.

I’d like our future custodians to be desperate to buy the club, knowing the next few years will be hard, but better with the stability they offer. Not hiding in the background wondering whether it’s better if we get a 9 point administration deduction on the PL or in the Championship.

Any period of exclusivity with 777 is irrelevant. The other parties aren’t bound by that. The slightest leak that they have funds ready to go, and the only impact would be Mosh’s inevitable haircut being a bit shorter than he’d hoped would place massive pressure on him to walk away from 777. From fans, the PL, and probably most importantly, the other creditors.

Said the same a while ago.

And if the fact MSP, Andy Bell etc are agreeing to an extension... surely they'd made some moves to put the brakes on this or allow another investor in by now.
