I started reading the report and gave up as it's so confusing

Me too and wouldn't expect it to make any sense anyway if I did read it all.

They just make it up as the go along as seen by our first successful appeal.

- 2 for mitigating factors **

* note: The Commission notes with Everton,there were a couple of factors that moved it up the scale to a starting point of six points - thesize of the breach itself and what was initially termed as “misleading” the Premier League, but on appeal shown to be “incorrect” information being provided to the Premier League.
** which were completely dismissed for us

So maybe the baseline is 4 but we got 2 more for “incomplete information” and they got 2 less for cooperation?

That might indicate we’re going to get another 4 points on the next charge then.

But who knows, they might add more considering it’s a 2nd charge in consecutive seasons as an aggravating factor.

Baseline is 3 according to that. Then 3 more for size of breach.
