So a current 10 point deduction, maybe another 10 points in the pipeline for a second misdemeanour and a potential 9 points for administration. If your going to go down, go down in style![]()

Astounds me there are guys who make an entire living without actually playing. I should have done that with my life.Absolute dream job being a 4th choice keeper pulling £8k a week.
You still have to turn up and train and keep yourself fit and be able to play football in the first place though so it's not as simple as it soundsAstounds me there are guys who make an entire living without actually playing. I should have done that with my life.

Nailed on that mate. What will happen is they will try their upmost to uphold the 10 point deduction but once the appeal is over there will be a PSR reform, i guarantee it.
Just in time for the likes of City and Chelsea

Everton did them a favour on that initially. Remember when DBB wrote that letter to head up the other clubs rsonse to the attack on the PL?But the initial question remains -- why do they want us out of the league in the first place? Because we were so vocal about the scab six?
Its not, you have to dedicate yourself at a young age to becomeing good enough to compete at that levelThat sounds quite simple to me. Easier than decorating a house or plumbing a bathroom anyrate.
Nobody cares what you think you knobhead. For some reason, you’ve had a massive hardon for Everton getting done for months now. Weirdo. If I was to place an honest guess I'd say Everton have not failed to 2023. To 2024 remains to be seen, given that hefty player sale profits are a way of balancing the books.
I don’t think we will. Any miss will be very small it appears (if we miss at all). And as such, given the previous punishment, given clear movement in the right direction it’s likely to be a slap on the wrists.Long story short - The Times () reckon we're gonna have another problem with our next set of accounts due out before the end of the year.
In English? One more thing, the other poster is spot on about lazy or poor reporting abour FFP losses and the Covid adjustments in terms of merging 2 years...
Taken on face value to 2020 it's..
3 years to 2019-20, Loss Before Tax £255-256m.
In reality, owing to Covid there was no standalone test to 2020.
3 years to 2020-21, the often mentioned £372m.
In reality, owing to Covid it was around £255-256m. That is the aggregate and average of 2019-20 and 2020-21 into one.
3 years to 2021-22, yeah it's abour £304m.
In reality due to the aforementioned averaging it is £285-286m.
That's before tax, before Covid and regular adjustments but afree averaging.
To 2022-23, stand alone loss before tax who knows..£165m across 2020-21 and 2021-22, but in reality £174-175m plus whatever last season, minus any principle of reset for 2019-20 and 2020-21 average and 2021-22, if applicable.
The standalone is technically right from 3 years of losses but for the FFP Test a lot of the media have not factored in the averaging.
They can’t give us a transfer ban, it’ll be a points reduction or a no. I wxpect them to half it which gives them wiggle room for other teams in the future.Wouldnt surprise me if were out of the relegation zone and looking safe when the decision is made from the appeal and they go ok we will remove the points but you've got a transfer ban for 12 months.
One way or another they will want to see us suffer from the punishment.
I personally think it will be reduced to 6 points although i don't agree with it i think that's the best we can hope for. They can’t give us a transfer ban, it’ll be a points reduction or a no. I wxpect them to half it which gives them wiggle room for other teams in the future.
