We haven't misrepresented anything. The league have not accepted what we've put as losses as part of P&R. No matter how outlandish those figures are....there's no 'dishonesty'

The clowns in charge tried to blag it, inevitably got caught and the club and fans are paying the price of Moshir's mismanagement. The unbelievable bit is that whilst the auditors have walked away, DBB and Sharp are unwilling to give evidence probably after taking legal advice and Moshiri is desperately trying to sell up. We breached P&S because the clowns based our financial projections on finishing 6th. If we had budgeted for finishing 16th we would have passed P&S.

I wouldn't have a clue to be honest, the minutiae of football finance is way too dull for me to get even a layman's grasp on the technical details. I did read yesterday that by the prems own recommended scale, which was oddly rejected we would have recieved 10 points deduction anyway, so you would have thought 10 is the max. That they wanted it rushed through for last season exposes their objective a bit.

It seems to me there is no specific rule on punishment for breaches of profit and sustainability.
Why is that? In most areas of the 'rules' it should be clear what the maximum and minimum sanctions are.
This should also reflect the likely %age for reduction based on co-operation and future compliance.
Otherwise what is the point and incentive for co-operation?
In the absence of any specific punishment / scale it looks thike this commission has plucked a figure from mid air.

And why has this penalty been applied with immediate effect? We have appealed. Judgement should be pending.
