To be fair though we do want them to sit down and take their time considering our arguments. A quick verdict coming back would almost definitely just be a rubber stamping of the first verdict.Friday nearly 4pm

Is the club still banned from making any press releases about the appeal, with it now being done and dusted? Or are the premier league going to continue to keep the club quiet while feeding the media their own narrative to justify their baffling decision in 2 weeks time?

I 100% believe Masters will have hand picked people who will uphold the first panel's decision.
If the ultimate goal is to stave off independent regulation, the PL needs to seem like it has it's house in order.
Slapping Everton with the largest points deduction in PL history only for that to come back and be reduced doesn't give the appearance of a well structured and regulated process.
They need to be seen as having gotten it right the first time for them to appear competent.
The PL press offensive also backs this up, and reinforces preconceived notions of our guilt and appropriate punishment.
I would be absolutely shocked (pleasantly) if they give us anything back.
It's basically the euro conference league.

Is this the same crowd that tried to start an ESL with the scab six a couple of years ago only they're trying to appease more people by introducing a dumbed down pyramid system and more clubs?
