Ehh...that's not controlling interest. Saying Kenwright has a controlling interest means he controls more than 50% of the club's stock voting rights. He doesn't.

He has the most shares, but he doesn't control the club. Woods and Earl can still block a vote if they felt it necessary.

Yes, sorry, I didnt mean controlling interest, I meant hes majority shareholder, thus meaning hes Chairman.

And im fairly sure Kenwrong pulls the strings, so I doubt any of them would ever block anything.

Maybe Sir Greeny might.

Well Earl has already said he was all about the stadium move. That's gone...he's got zero interest.

But its still a very unattractive deal...25% ownership with 2 major shareholders with zero interest sitting back while said new owner does the substancial leg work...

No wonder he's looking 25/8

Again though, it looks an even worse of a bad buy.
 

If Kenwright went then there'd only be a sock puppet and a Florida based man with an ill fitting wig in the boardroom. In effect - Kenwright is crucial beyond his financial clout.

But Kenwright's always banged on that only HIS shares are up to buy. No one elses.

New bloke buys them...has to be accepted by Earl and Woods etc or they want pay day out of it.

Its shocking. And a major factor why we're unattractive to investors.

Actually hes only ever sang the investment song.

When pushed on questions such as price and other things he took his ball Home and cancelled any further AGMs.

Damon doesnt see that though...

He sees us a vast bosom of paradise where infastructure and low debt is waiting to be suckled rather than the ugliest set of tits you'll ever see and that no one is interested in.
