Answered your own question a little.

Fernandes has taken over over 50% of the club. Kenwright only holds 25.84%.
QPR are based in the capital. We're under the shadow of Liverpool, (northwest) United and City.
We dont have any salable assets apart from players.
Briatore is a well connected business man. Bill Kenwright is not.
Fernandes looks like he wanted a London club...he was snubbed to buy West Ham not long ago

QPR are going to be in the news for all the wrong reasons this season, a lot of shady characters involved with that club.

Can't be a right valuation:

In 2010, Forbes Asia valued Fernandes' personal wealth at $330m (£202m) ranking him at number 19 on the Forbes list of Malaysia's Richest.

So that would mean he's putting near 50% of his fortune in buying QPR ? QPR! The team who've not been in the Premier League for 15 years.

Not a chance is that valuation correct.

So what do you think he's wanting what then?

That rumoured £150million for 24% of the club is pretty ridiculous.

No. You've got that completely wrong. It was £140million for 100% of the club according to Keith Harris. But remember Kenwright, Woods and Earl own around 70% of the club between them so it would be split according to the % shares owned.

Sky Sports have completely over valued that deal for QPR.

For one thing, the only way Fernandes' is financing that deal at that price is by taking a bank loan... and look what happened to the last couple of examples where that "leveraged buy out" has happened....
