Watched him on the TV playing in the 1964 FA Cup final for PNE V West Ham - watched his Goodison debut - watched the magic that followed over several seasons & winning the League - watched as he almost single handedly kept us up one season by his weekly heroic displays - watched the fantastic period as our manager in the 80's & thankful for his efforts in later spells - a real Evertonian! Sleep peacefully H but hope you're celebrating with a glass later!

I remember seeing Colin Harvey in tears at the Man U match that day. I was ok until then, but that set me off, too.

Outside of family stuff this man has given me most of the greatest memories of my life as an Everton player, then as a truly great manager! I even got his autograph twice in one night at Marine! RIP HK!
