I read on skysports that downing admitted to thinking about leaving boro and seeing as some people think we need a left sided winger, perhaps he could be a good option?

right back - hibbert quite good defensively, but has no ball composure and doesnt deal much damage getting forward, other options there are quite the same.

centre half - Was tough to choose this or a midfielder, but I think we have seen how easily our defense has been cracked this season, not to mention some of them just having no ball composure, yobo the lobo.

midfielder (left/right winger) - We need a real winger, one that can challenge defenders from the side of the box, such as Aaron Lennon or Arjen Robben, because I think we have the players who can get into good positions to finish those types of balls off that wingers can play in.

Can I pick 4? please??

1. C Mid - box to box, ball winner etc etc

2. C Def - I'd like to see someone a bit older that the 2 Jo's, more like Stubbs when he joined. Big, hard, fearless and experienced

3. L Mid/R Def - I like Piennar but would like to see a decent Left Footed Left wing. Ideally would like to replace Hibbert too, but for now i think Jags will do a decent job there or Hibbo will suffice in the short term as long as we're prepared for him to be purely a deffender and not a wing back
