ah.. i thought it was common knowledge! Sochi of Russia beat Pyeongchang of South Korea in the final vote for the 2014 Winter Olympics. And considering Pyeongchang was beaten in the final voting round for the 2010 olympics there is really a feeling of anguish on the peninsular.

third time lucky maybe Teppic, but i can see how the locals would be pissed off with coming so close twice.
