There’s a special place in my heart for Tungsten. Was a ‘park bench’ lager by Whitbread to rival Special Brew around 1995. Was engineered to not give hangovers. Obviously it did and it died a fairly quick death. Drank four cans once before watching Dreadzone. Bad idea.

I remember euro 96 when England played Scotland and I was a broke 17 year old. I had £5 and bought 4 cans of special brew and watched it in my local pub. I haven't done that again
