Southall - Simply the best Keeper I've ever had the pleasure to watch
Beardsley - His footballing brain was on another planet to any other outfield player I've seen in a Royal Blue Shirt. He would be a dream for the likes of Rom and Gerry.

Only one sub in those days and he played in so many positions asa sub
Plus started in so many positions so the team played as the same
If van den hauwe inj he left back if speedy inj he left wing etc
He was an unsung hero to everton success
 

Southall could be a slight improvement on Howard
Sheedy arguably shades it over Kone or Naismith

Would like to say Rooney, but Southall and Sheedy would make more difference to the current squad.

Southall and then 2nd is a harder choice.
Top keepers win you stuff, he was the best in the world.
