Actually looks nice, but I think they're useing the phrase 'retro' very loosely. Looks like it might be a combination of several previous designs. Never seen the badge before but as above, probably Liverpool or Lancashire district FA. Don't think we had crew neck before 60s. Royal blue 20th Century rather than 19th. Also I don't remember any team wearing short sleeves before 1970 World Cup. But that's probably me and my age.
