Most countries don't have the same health and safety that we do. It was in Brazil, they probably don't even have fire checks. Sometimes I think its bad that we are so conscious of it all the time, but when you hear of stuff like this it makes you glad that we are. 1 exit in a 2000 capacity club. Jeez.
