13 points out of 10 games

Also we had the same amount from 10 games last season but those games included:

capitulations against Leicester and Arsenal
Complete meltdown against Palace
The worst defending I have seen by an Everton side against Chelsea (other than the 7-0 against Arsenal)
3 easy wins at WBA, Villa and Burnley
2 appalling draws against Swansea and S'land
1 nicked it draw against Mordor and a loss against Utd where we only really played the last 20 minutes

Our performances this season have been far improved (other than maybe the 3-0 loss to Utd)

Last season was [Poor language removed] and not a good barometer for a decent season. Better to compare it to his first season.. Very least I'd expect was improvement on last year.

Negatives : Everton
Positives : Everyone else.

Despite some of our games and only 3 wins in 10 ( a lot of good play included tbf), we are actually only 2 wins from 4th spot still, with a very good chance of picking up proper points from many upcoming games.

Seems everyone's playing a bit pants this season.

Our tests come over the next couple of games, these are games we should win. 13 points from 10 games can become 20 points from 13 games. Much healthier than last season, we have definitely improved. The enforced absence may be an opportunity to try something a bit different in midfield. Maybe more progress.

I'll say it again. A top keeper and we would be around there right now despite the fixture. Not all that bad. But another mid table finish beckons this season until we get one I am afraid.

Last season, we usually started well, then lost it in the second half.
Today, I was really happy at our performance in the second half - it was a really great and determined response. Sadly, we just couldn't get the end product but we were 50 times better than in the first half. I think that can only really be attributed to Martinez - just like at West Brom.

We've definitely got the potential in that squad and Bobby is proving himself capable for the most part.

I feel like Galloway - while great for his age - is giving out a big "come at us here" to everyone we're against. If Baines isn't back soon, we're in big trouble. Galloway can't get forward like Baines can, either (yet).
Howard... I'm undecided. He can be great, he can be shocking. We need consistency really so I wouldn't be upset if we got a new first choice keeper in January.

Someone needs to tell Gerri to stop going down so easy. I'm on his side but I can't defend him when he goes for an Oscar then has a paddy when he doesn't get one.

Only 3 wins is the worst bit. Watford and the RS should have been 6 points, not 2. Draws kill teams.

Fairly sure West Ham have lost as many as us? But they've won their other games and are right up there.

Admittedly our fixtures have been brutal. I'm talking about what's to come. Let's beat some crap teams for once eh, Everton? Put some poor team to the sword.

We didn't start out like world beaters 2 years ago but came together in late Nov-Dec/holidays. The schedule coming up is favorable and we are doing some good things.

Lets not fool ourselves...there are even harder games to come when we have to break teams down and...omg..defend set pieces and crosses....
